長新冠有二百多種症狀，且對多個器官、系統有影響，是全球一種新興的公共健康
問題，桂枝湯具有解肌發表，調營衛的作用，主要成分有苯丙素、單萜類、有機酸、黃
酮、三萜皂苷等，藥理研究表明具有抗發炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗過敏、鎮痛、降血糖、
保護心血管，臨床上以桂枝湯及其類方治療內、外、婦、兒等多種疾病，涉及循環、免
疫、泌尿、生殖、內分泌、消化、神經等系統，本研究之目的從《傷寒論》條文參酌近
年來實證醫學論文，探討桂枝湯與其加減方調理長新冠的可行性，結果顯示以桂枝湯與
其加減方調理長新冠具有適當性，以桂枝湯、桂枝加葛根湯、桂枝加厚朴杏仁湯、桂枝
去芍藥湯、桂枝甘草湯、桂枝加桂湯、柴胡桂枝湯等方為基礎，來進行長新冠的調理，
有益於長新冠患者的健康，希望本研究能夠提供中醫師臨床上的參考與依據。

Long COVID has more than 200 symptoms and affects multiple organs and systems. It
is an emerging public health problem around the world. Guizhi Decoction has the functions of relieving muscles and regulating nutrition and health. The main ingredients are phenylpropanoid, Pharmacological studies have shown that monoterpenes, organic acids, flavonoids, triterpene saponins, etc. have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, antiallergic, analgesic, hypoglycemic, and cardiovascular protection properties. They are clinically treated with Guizhi Decoction and similar prescriptions. Various internal, external, gynecological, pediatric and other diseases involve the circulatory, immune, urinary, reproductive, endocrine, digestive, nervous and other systems. The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility of Guizhi Decoction and Modified Guizhi Decoction in conditioning physical health for Long COVID based on the articles of " Shanghan Lun" and evidence based medical papers in recent years. The results show that Guizhi Decoction and Modified Guizhi Decoction have the appropriateness of conditioning physical health for Long COVID. Guizhi Decoction, Guizhi Gegen Decoction, Guizhi Jia Houpo and Almond Decoction, Guizhi Qu Shaoyao decoction, Guizhi Gancao Decoction, Guizhi Jiagui Decoction, Chaihu Decoction and other prescriptions, we can conditioning physical health for Long COVID, which is beneficial to the health of Long COVID patients. We hope to provide clinical reference and basis for traditional Chinese medicine practitioners.
