【摘要】
頭皮針在臨床上應用及發展已經約七十餘年，在臨床疾病治療上的效果也是有目共
睹。尤其在腦部疾病的治療，更常出現令人驚豔的效果。但頭皮針效果的作用機制，一
直都是一個美麗的謎。最近終於發現有一些腦部研究，用以探討頭皮針對於出血性中風、
缺血性中風、阿茲海默症等腦部疾病的治療機制研究，整體而言，都是透過頭皮針刺激，
達到保護腦神經、促進腦部血流的功效，來獲得對腦神經疾病的治療效果。

【Summary】
Scalp acupuncture has been used and developed clinically for more than 70 years, and its effects in the treatment of clinical diseases are obvious to all. Especially in the treatment of brain diseases, amazing results are often seen. But the mechanism of scalp acupuncture’s effect has always been a beautiful mystery. Recently, I finally discovered some brain research to explore the therapeutic mechanism of scalp acupuncture for hemorrhagic stroke, ischemic stroke, Alzheimer’s disease and other brain diseases. Generally speaking, they are all stimulated through scalp acupuncture. It can achieve the effects of protecting cranial nerves and promoting blood flow in the brain to obtain therapeutic effects on cranial nerve diseases.
