中醫治療顏面神經麻痺併發乾眼症之病例報告

【摘要】
|
|
這位 72 歲女性患者因十年前聽神經瘤手術後，疑似傷及第七對腦神經，飽受右側顏面神經麻痺所苦，甚至出現眼睛、右側鼻孔及嘴巴嚴重乾燥的症狀，西醫予以修格蘭氏症候群（乾燥症）的診斷，但服用西藥改善有限，雙眼乾澀問題仍存。因此患者至中醫門診就診，在經過幾個月持續服用中藥治療後，患者眼睛乾澀的症狀得到大幅改善，原先一日十數次眼藥水的使用現只需 2-3 次，有時甚至不需使用，藉此病例報告提出治療經驗，提供臨床上的參考及使用。

【Summary】

|
The 72-year-old female patient suffered from right facial nerve palsy due to a suspected injury to the seventh cranial nerves after an acoustic neuroma operation ten years ago, and even experienced severe dryness of eyes, right nostril and mouth. Diagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome (Sicca syndrome) was given, but the symptoms improvement was scant by taking medication therapy, and the problem of dry eyes persist while artificial tears usage. Therefore, the patient went to the Chinese medicine OPD for help. After several months of continuous treatment with TCM, the symptoms of dry eyes of the patient were greatly improved. The use of eye drops that used to be more than ten times a day is now only 2-3 times, and sometimes it is not necessary. Through this case report, we hope to propose clinical reference and clinical treatment.
