【摘要】

新冠肺炎（COVID-19）疫情全球大流行，影響層面廣泛，在疫情之下如何調節心理壓力是民眾及醫療人員需要持續關注的課題。本專題針對一般民眾、醫療人員、及居家隔離人員提供相關心理照護指南，期能在疫情之下照護好身心健康。

【Summary】

The New Coronary virus (COVID-19) pandemic influence with a wide range of impacts. How to regulate psychological pressure under the epidemic is a subject that needs continuous attention from the public and medical staff. This topic provides relevant psychological care guidelines for the general public, medical personnel, and home isolation personnel, in order to take care of physical and mental health under the epidemic situation.
