中醫治療多囊性卵巢病例報告

Traditional Chinese Medicine-A Case Report

【摘要】

|
生育年齡排卵不正常，最常見的原因是多囊性卵巢症候群（Polycystic ovarian syndrome, PCOS），但病因與機轉尚未確立，西醫是使用藥物，針對不同的症狀、不同的目的，給予不同的治療方法。本病例提出一名32 歲女性，因長年月經週期不規則前來彰基醫院中醫部就診，後至婦產科診斷為雙側多囊性卵巢，於半年期間，單純以中藥治療，經中醫辨證論治後，搭配月經週期療法，處方以補腎、疏肝、活血化瘀等中藥加減，月經週期漸趨穩定，而且每個週期皆可見到排卵分泌物。目前病患生理狀況良好，積極配合中醫後續的醫療追踪及處置。在此整理半年的門診追蹤紀錄，提供臨床上中醫治療多囊性卵巢的實證。

【Summary】

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of abnormal ovulation during the reproductive years, however the exact cause and mechanism of PCOS are unknown. Doctors give different medicine for diffenert symptoms and purposes.In this case, a 32-year-old woman with long-term irregular menstrual cycles came to Chinese Medicine Department of Changhua Christian Hospital for treatment. Later, she was diagnosed with bilateral polycystic ovary in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. During the six months, she was treated with traditional Chinese medicine only which was based on syndrome differentiation and menstrual cycle. Under the treatment of tonifying kidney, dispersing stagnated liver, removing phlegm, and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, her menstrual cycle became stable and the vaginal discharge were seen in each ovulation period. She actively cooperate with the doctor for the treatment and is in good physical condition now. Here are the six monthly medical records of this patient, which provide evidence of the treatment for polycystic ovary syndrome by Chinese medicine.
