肺癌標靶藥物副作用之中醫治療病例報告
A Case Report of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment in Side Effect of Target Therapy for Lung Cancer

【摘要】
肺癌為全球癌症致死原因之首位,在台灣從1982 年起,惡性腫瘤便成為為國人十大死因之首,而其中肺癌在惡性腫瘤死亡原因當中更是名列前茅。近年來因為空氣品質惡化的關係,肺癌的死亡率有逐漸增加的趨勢。肺癌的治療方式則依癌細胞種類與癌症分期有不同原則。現代醫學對於肺癌的治療除了外科手術切除外,尚有放射線治療、化學治療以及標靶治療。而這類標靶藥物主要的副作用為皮疹、痤瘡、甲溝炎等皮膚表皮的症狀,但一般症狀都輕微,而間質性肺炎的發生率不高,但一旦變嚴重者則可能致命。
本病例報告為56 歲肺癌病患,罹患肺癌使用標靶藥物治療,但因標靶藥物副作用影響皮膚,面部及軀幹皮膚反覆紅疹脫屑,服用高劑量類固醇藥物以及抗組織胺藥物控制,因為皮膚症狀仍難以控制,故至本院中醫部尋求治療。在服用中藥控制後,逐漸不需服用西藥,面部症狀也獲得良好控制,因國內期刊沒有關於使用中醫治療肺癌標靶作用副作用的病例,故整理此醫案作為治療肺癌使用標靶藥物導致皮膚副作用的臨床參考。

【Summary】
Lung cancer is the major cause of death worldwide. In Taiwan, malignancy is the leading cause of death since 1982. Lung cancer in which the cause of death is the top of the cancer is among the best. In recent years, because of the air pollution, the mortality rate of lung cancer has gradually increased. The treatment of lung cancer is different according to the type of cancer cells and cancer staging. The treatment of lung cancer In addition to surgical resection, there are radiation therapy, chemotherapy and target therapy. The main side effects of such target drugs for the skin rash, acne, paronychia and other skin epidermis symptoms. The 56-year-old patients was a lung cancer patient who suffering from lung cancer using target therapy, but the side effects affect the skin, facial and trunk skin repeated rash scaling. The patient took high-dose steroids and antihistamine but symptoms are still difficult to control, so she search the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine. After taking the Traditional Chinese Medicine, she gradually recovered without taking steroids and anti-histamine. Because there was no case report about treating the symptoms of lung cancer target therapy side effects. We presented this case for clinical reference.
