【摘要】

本研究目的在通過研究歷代文獻所具葛根之藥性記載，經由文獻實證葛根是否具有「解肌、發汗」作用。其方法係蒐集歷代諸家本草、醫經、經方，研究葛根之解肌、發汗作用。經由研究結果顯示，葛根：「主治消渴，身大熱，嘔吐，諸痹，起陰氣，解諸毒」，即用於脾胃虛弱所致諸病，以致如秦景明云：「脾痹，即肌痹」者；並非用於辛溫解表於解肌、發表、出汗，開腠理之「解肌、發汗」作用。結論是葛根與風寒外感並無直接作用關係，更非屬於太陽表證之解肌、發汗作用。故核定葛根於典籍文獻上之實質作用，當可正確於日後研究、發展、臨床應用。

|
The aim of the study is to reveal the sweating-promoting to release the flesh function of ge-gen through the ancient documentation. The methodology is to collect the Chinese materia medica, classical formula in order to study the proof of the declared function. The result shows that ge-gen is mainly used to cure wastingthirst, fever, vomiting, impediment disease in summer, which means the diseases were all under spleen-stomach weakness. It is just as Chin Jing-Ming stated : “spleen impediment is flesh impediment.” Ge-gen is not like other pungent-warm exterior-releasing medicinal with the function of sweating-promoting to release the flesh. The conclusions shows there is no direct relationship between ge-gen and cold with external contraction. The function of ge-gen is not sweating-promoting to release the flesh in greater yang exterior pattern. This study can benefit the research, development, and clinical use through verify of the function of ge-gen in ancient documentation.
