【摘要】

新冠肺炎（COVID-19）疫情侵擾全球超過2 年，病毒變異變型快速，除發燒頭痛、呼吸道症狀，尚有疲累、味嗅覺異常等等病症發現。中醫溫病揭示“溫邪上受，首先犯肺”，符合現今COVID-19 肺炎感染情況，本文以氣分溫病併發肺炎的證治，麻杏甘石湯合清冠一號中藥宣肺清火，緩解新冠肺炎邪熱壅肺的案例。

【Summary】

The COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic has invaded the world for more than 2 years. The virus mutates rapidly. In addition to fever, headache, respiratory symptoms, fatigue, abnormal taste and smell, and other symptoms have been found. Traditional Chinese medicine for febrile disease reveals that “warming pathogens are the first to infect the lungs”, which is in line with the current situation of COVID-19 pneumonia. Taking Ma-Xing-Gan-Shi-Tang (MXGST) with NRICM101 to relieve the case of COVID-19 pneumonia from the evil heat of lung and heart pattern.
